At thelittlegoldsmith.ch, we stand behind the quality of our products and therefore offer our customers a 28-day return policy after receipt of the goods. To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask you to send the goods back to us unused and without any damage. Some items are subject to special return conditions. Functionality
My item does not work – what should I do?If you have purchased a non-functional product, please contact our thelittlegoldsmith.ch customer service. We will try to solve your issue as quickly as possible.
Damage
My piece of jewellery arrived scratched!If your jewellery arrives scratched or your watch is defective, you are obliged to immediately inform both the carrier and thelittlegoldsmith.ch customer service. To help us resolve your issue, we need your cooperation. Please photograph the damaged item and send the picture along with your complaint. Contact us via our contact form and we will handle your request as quickly as possible.
Refund
When will I receive my refund?Once you have shipped the package back to us and we have received the return, you will receive a confirmation email. Provided there are no objections regarding the returned goods, we will initiate the refund immediately.
Depending on the return volume and payment interface, refunds may take 1–2 weeks. You will receive the refund via the payment method you selected at checkout. If you do not receive your refund within the indicated period, please contact our customer service. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
Payment
Will I receive my full payment back?You will receive a full refund for the returned product, including VAT, provided there are no defects or damages to the item.
